MAINTENANCE

Wooden trays should not be washed in dishwashers or in very hot water. We recommend lubricating new wooden utensils with oil, which when absorbed protects the utensils from mechanical damage and environmental impact. In order to preserve the longevity of the dishes, we recommend repeating the process periodically every 3-4 months.

Wash trays in lukewarm water with non-aggressive detergents and soft cloths. After washing, dry well and dry.
